Your data
Disconnect or request deletion.
Disconnect a social account
- Open ContentMachine's account section (Konten).
- Select the connected account, choose Trennen and confirm. This removes the local authorization token and stops future use of that connection.
- For independent confirmation, remove ContentMachine from your social platform's connected-app permissions. On TikTok, look for app permissions in your account's security settings; menu names may vary.
Disconnecting is not a full data deletion request. Previously saved account profile information, upload history, media and backups may still exist.
Delete saved work
Delete clips and projects using the workspace's deletion controls. If a file is referenced by a shared edit or active operation, remove the dependent project or let the operation finish first. Rejecting a highlight only changes its review status.
Request personal data deletion
Email julianwyco@gmail.com with the subject ContentMachine data deletion request. Please include:
- Your connected platform and account handle, or a description of the footage involving you.
- What you want deleted: the account connection, profile/statistics, upload history, specific recordings/projects, or all personal data relating to you.
- Any clip identifier, approximate recording date or instance operator that will help locate the data.
Do not include passwords, client secrets or access tokens. We will acknowledge the request, verify it proportionately where necessary, and explain the action taken within applicable legal deadlines, normally one month under the GDPR. We will also assess affected backups and any data that must be retained for a legal obligation or legal claim. Any retained material is restricted to that purpose.
Copies on other platforms and installations
Deleting local data does not delete videos already transferred to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram or another platform. Manage those copies in the relevant platform. If your data is held by an independently operated ContentMachine instance, contact that instance's operator; Julian Voh does not have automatic access to other installations.
